Refund policy

In short

You can withdraw within fourteen days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. For customers in the EU this is a statutory right; in Switzerland we grant the same period voluntarily.

The book must be unused and in its original packaging. The quickest way is to request the return yourself in your customer account at account.jvds-home.com. Email works just as well: write to info@jvds-home.com with your order number. Either way you will receive a return label from us.

We cover the cost of the return shipment.

Once the return has arrived and been checked, we refund the full amount including the original delivery costs within fourteen days, to the same payment method.

Cancelling before dispatch
As long as your order has not left the house, you can cancel it yourself in your customer account at account.jvds-home.com. The full amount goes back to you.

Damaged or wrong item
Write to info@jvds-home.com straight away with a photo. We replace the shipment or refund the full amount, at no further cost to you.
