Returns and refunds

In short

You may withdraw within fourteen days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. For customers in the EU this is a statutory right; in Switzerland we grant the same period voluntarily.

The book must be unused and in its original packaging. Contact us at info@jvds-home.com with your order number and we will send you a return label.

We cover the cost of the return

Once the return has arrived and been checked, we refund the full amount including the original delivery costs within fourteen days to the same means of payment.

Damaged or wrong delivery

Contact us straight away with a photo at info@jvds-home.com. We will replace the shipment or refund the full amount, at no further cost to you.
