By placing an order with JVDS HOME you agree to these terms.
1. Provider
JVDS HOME, sole proprietorship, Gerbegässlein 7, 4450 Sissach, Switzerland. Full details in the legal notice.
2. Products
All products are available while stocks last. We reserve the right to withdraw a product from the range at any time.
3. Prices
All prices are in Swiss francs. We are not liable for VAT; no value added tax is charged on the price. Shipping costs are added and shown before the order is completed. We reserve the right to change prices.
4. Order and payment
By submitting your order you make an offer to purchase. The contract is concluded with our confirmation. We reserve the right to decline an order. Payment is made in full before dispatch.
5. Pre-orders
Some titles are offered for pre-order. Publication dates are given to the best of our knowledge but are not guaranteed. If we cannot fulfil a pre-order, we refund the full amount.
6. Shipping
The rates of the shipping policy apply. We are not liable for delays caused by customs or the postal service.
7. Withdrawal and returns
The right of withdrawal applies. Customers in the EU have a statutory right of withdrawal of fourteen days; we grant the same period voluntarily in Switzerland. We bear the cost of the return.
8. Defects
The statutory provisions on warranty apply. If a book arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at info@jvds-home.com. We will replace it or refund the full amount.

All content on this website, including images and texts, belongs to JVDS HOME and may not be reproduced without written consent.
10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
Swiss law applies, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Place of jurisdiction is Basel-Landschaft. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain reserved.
