Shipping rates
Switzerland CHF 10 · Europe CHF 15 · rest of the world CHF 25. Orders over CHF 100 ship free. At checkout the cost is shown in the currency of your market.
Processing time
Orders are processed within two to five working days. For pre-orders the expected shipping date is stated on the product page.
Delivery times
Switzerland three to seven working days · Europe five to ten · rest of the world ten to twenty-one. These are estimates; customs clearance and postal delays are outside our control.
Tracking
Once your order has left us you will receive an email with the tracking number, provided the carrier supplies one.
Customs and import duties
Shipments abroad may incur customs charges and import taxes of the destination country. You bear these yourself; they are not included in our shipping rates.
Pre-orders
Pre-ordered copies ship as soon as they are available. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched.
Returns
We cover the cost of returning an item. Contact us at info@jvds-home.com and we will send you a return label. See the right of withdrawal.
