The legal bases are performance of the contract, your consent, our legitimate interest in secure operation, and statutory obligations.

We do not sell your data.
Transfers abroad
Your data may be processed outside Switzerland and the EEA, in particular by Shopify. Where data is transferred to a country without an adequate level of protection, we rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
Retention
We keep your data for as long as we need it for the stated purpose. Order and invoice data is kept for ten years, as required by the Swiss Code of Obligations.
